Music Marketing Planning
When beginning the project the main question was, where do we start? Finding an idea that can successfully be transported from paper to video was going to be a challenge, We first listened to the song multiple times in hopes to gain inspiration. This ended up being useless as we were not able to come up with any good ideas. To brainstorm we created a collaborative google doc shown below:
Eventually the idea arose of having a guy going on a date with a girl. We collectively agreed on this idea however wanted to add our own twist. I proposed the idea of the girl being dead, and the rest of the plot was based off this. After we came up with the main idea, the overall plot was very easy to create. We then storyboarded our video took make it easier during the production process.
After creating the storyboard and planning the overall plot of the video it leaves us with the filming and editing process. We plan to film this Saturday and Sunday and editing this weekend. We plan to film ar a variety of places in order to reflect the ambience and overall vibe of the song. Can't wait to see what's next and will keep you guys updated!
